The MECVIL engineering department, with a capacity of 3,000 hours/month, develops special machinery from conceptualisation to detailed design. Our team uses 3D/2D CAD, CAM, FEA simulation and electrical design tools (EPLAN, See Electrical) to create comprehensive solutions.
We validate every design with virtual reality to verify ergonomics and work methodology before manufacturing. The result is complete technical documentation, functional prototypes and R&D projects ready for industrialisation.
