With +4,800 productive hours/month and 14 CNC machines, MECVIL delivers high-value-added machining for complex and large-format parts. Our machine park includes SORALUCE moving-column mills up to 20 metres, DECKEL MAHO 5-axis centres, GEMINIS and DOOSAN PUMA lathes with Y-axis and live tooling, and ZAYER fixed-bed mills.
We work with steel, stainless steel, aeronautical aluminium, titanium, grey and ductile cast iron, and engineering plastics for sectors such as automotive, railway, aeronautics and special machinery. Dimensional control with FARO arm (±0.044 mm) and full traceability on every part.
