Description

With a capacity of 5,000 hours/month for mechanical and electrical assembly, MECVIL assembles complete special machinery integrating mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Our assembly lines incorporate industrial robotics (ABB, DENSO), cobots (Universal Robots), Pick & Place systems with suction cups, grippers and magnetic handling, and verification stations with machine vision (Cognex) and Deep Learning for automatic inspection.

The process spans from sub-assembly to commissioning at the client's plant, including precision adjustment, FAT functional testing and final validation.
